Refund Policy
Full Refund - No Questions Asked
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You haven't used the service yet, OR
- You've used fewer than 5 email checks
Simply email [enable JavaScript to see email] with your purchase details and we'll process your refund promptly.
Partial Refund
If you've used more than 5 email checks but are unsatisfied with the service, contact us. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include:
- Partial refund based on unused checks
- Additional checks at no charge
- Other accommodations
No Refund After
Refunds are generally not available if:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase, AND
- You've used a significant portion of your email checks
How to Request a Refund

- Email address used for the service
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Response time: We typically respond within 1 business day.
Refund processing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Service Issues
If you're experiencing problems with the service (emails not being analyzed, not receiving verdicts, etc.), please contact us first. Many issues can be resolved quickly without needing a refund.
